We make sure the packaging is secure and appropriate and are continuously working with the courier partners to educate them and ensure that you receive the delicate darlings bright and wearable.

We would be delighted to answer any query with pleasure.
All our products are quality checked before dispatch.
Any defective product upon arrival will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.
Kindly inform us of any defective products within 2 days of arrival.
Most of our collection is handcrafted and might have subtle variations that are natural.
We try to replicate the colors, sheen & grandeur of the art pieces on a digital screen with much effort and technological assistance however they might differ slightly.

Shipping Policy

Products at Incense are specially handcrafted for each customer and normally shipped should contain a delivery timeline of 3 to 4 days. We assure the authenticity and quality of our products before delivery and ensure that each exquisite piece meets your expectations.
COD orders would be at an extra cost of Rs 200 only.
Once the order is accepted you can easily track your order.
We would also if you choose to, send you updates for the delivery and process.
